To be eligible for Learning Rewards, you must:

Enter your name, date of birth, and address so we can verify you're a real person.
In some cases, you will also need to upload an image of your photo ID.
Complete a crypto purchase.
Add a payment method before doing so.
Live in one of the following eligible countries: Austria, Australia, Belgium, Bulgaria, Brazil, Canada, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Norway, New Zealand, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, the United Kingdom, or the United States.
4. Meet our internal fraud and compliance-related criteria, including measures related to account risk (this is determined by Coinbase).
5. Have only one Coinbase account.
You may be able to start earning crypto immediately if you're signed in and meet the eligibility criteria listed above; however, it can take up to 24 hours to become eligible. The options available will be shown on the Learning Rewards screen.
