To protect your security, you will need to be logged in to your Coinbase account and have access to your 2-factor authenticator to access your privacy settings. If you are unable to access your account or have lost your authenticator device, click here to submit a ticket.
To make a request regarding your data, you will need to:
Sign in to your account.
Go to your Settings.
Select Privacy.
Under Privacy Options you will see a list of actions you can take, which may vary based on your jurisdiction. Please select the category of request you would like to make and follow the instructions
You will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours of submitting your request through your Coinbase account. Please allow up to 30 days to process your request.
