Hide balance in the Base app

Privacy mode lets you hide your portfolio balances in the Base app by replacing them with asterisks (*****) or dots.

Hide or unhide your balance

1. Sign in to the Base app. 

2. Do one of the following:

   • From the Home screen: Long-press your portfolio balance to hide or show it.

   • From settings: 

     • In Base mode: Select your profile icon, then Settings, then Privacy & Security. Toggle Privacy mode on or off. 

     • In Simple mode: On the wallet tab, select the settings icon, then Display. Toggle Privacy mode on or off.
