Coinbase Support will never under any circumstances:

  • Ask for a customer's account sign-in information

  • Request remote access to a customer's personal device

  • Ask a customer to send funds to an external wallet address

If anyone claiming to be with Coinbase Support makes these requests, contact us immediately.

Contact Support

Contact support when you're experiencing an issue with your account or a Coinbase product.

If your account is disabled, you will then need to go through our automated account recovery process in order to re-enable your account, which can take several days.
