During the business application process you’ll choose a Coinbase entity with which you’ll contract. The entity that you’ll choose is determined by the product you’re applying to use (Coinbase Prime or Coinbase Prime: Custody only), your business entity’s country of incorporation, and by other business needs.

For Coinbase Prime, you’ll choose to contract with Coinbase, Inc. plus one of the following entities: Coinbase Custody Trust Company, LLC or Coinbase Custody International, Ltd.
For Coinbase Prime: Custody only, you’ll choose to contract with Coinbase Custody Trust Company, LLC, Coinbase Custody International, Ltd., or Coinbase Germany GmBH.
