If Coinbase closes your account for violating the user agreement, you'll be prompted to withdraw your funds upon signing in.
Coinbase does not provide conversion services for closed accounts, or allow you to sell your crypto for cash. You can withdraw your cash balance directly to a verified bank account, or send crypto off Coinbase.

Desktop browser
Select My assets.
Choose Cash.
Select Withdraw cash.
Enter the amount and choose the destination under Transfer to.
Select Preview.
Choose Withdraw cash now.
Mobile app
Select Transfer.
Choose Withdraw cash.
Enter the amount.
Select Withdraw maximum amount to withdraw your full available balance.
Confirm the selections for Withdraw and Transfer to.
Select Preview.
Choose Withdraw cash now.
Send crypto off Coinbase
To send crypto off Coinbase, you'll need the receiving address of an external, self-custody or third-party wallet.
To send from Coinbase.com:
From your Dashboard, choose Send crypto.
Select the asset to send and input the amount. You can toggle between the cash value and crypto amount.
Select To and choose a supported network to transfer the asset.
Choose from your favorites or add a new address in the text bar.
Select Preview Send and review the details.
Choose Send now to initiate the transfer. Follow 2-step verification, if prompted.
