How do I change my email address?

Customers from all Coinbase products - Coinbase Prime, Pro, Custody, Commerce and Consumer - can change their primary email address by logging into any Coinbase product and visiting https://www.coinbase.com/settings.

For those already logged into another product, like Prime or Pro: 

  • You'll be re-routed to the Coinbase.com Settings page 
  • Even if you've never used the Coinbase.com product before, these changes need to be made on Coinbase.com
  • Once you've completed changing your email address, navigate back to either pro.coinbase.com or prime.coinbase.com

If you've lost access to your email address, please visit our Lost Email Address help page to follow specific instructions for that scenario.
