EU verification levels

Account verification levels are set on your account as a financial safeguard to protect you and your account. 

Your account's specific levels are determined by how much your account is verified. Each level unlocks additional features for your account. By verifying certain account information, you'll gain access to higher limits and unlimited trading.

Your account level and how to increase it

Easily see your current level and how to increase it by going to Account levels in your Settings. Depending on your current level, follow these quick steps to increase:

  • Verify your phone number

  • Verify your valid photo identification

  • Verify your personal information, including proof of address

Account level to send and receive crypto

To send and receive crypto, you need to reach Level 3 by verifying a valid identification document.

Unable to verify your address

If you're unable to verify your address, access to the platform will be limited. If asked to submit additional documentation to verify your address, please upload a PDF copy of a utility bill or bank statement, in your legal name, that is no more than 3 months old. Avoid addresses with a PO Box.
