Your web3 wallet is mobile-device-specific. If you lose access to the mobile device used when creating your web3 wallet, you must verify your identity to access it on a new device.
To regain access to your web3 wallet:
On your new mobile device, access the Coinbase mobile app.
Sign in to your account.
Select then choose Web3 wallet.
A window will appear prompting you to upload your identity document (ID).
Follow the remaining prompts to verify your identity.
An identity verification confirmation email will be sent within 48 hours.
