Update an OAuth2 application

You make some changes to an OAuth2 application after you’ve created it. Here’s how to do that once you have a account with established OAuth2 applications:

  1. Sign in to your account and access the profile menu from your account dashboard. 

  2. Choose Settings from the drop-down menu.

  3. Select the API tab. Your OAuth2 applications will be listed under My OAuth2 Applications.

  4. Select the application you want to update. Once you’ve selected the correct row, select Edit.

  5. From there, you’ll be directed to a page where you can update some of the fields that you originally filled out on your application form.

    The Application Name cannot be changed after the application has been created. If you need the application to have a different name, your only option is to recreate your OAuth2 app with the new name. The Developer Name can be updated but will not affect your Application Name.

  6. Select Save Changes after you have made all of your updates.
