Speeding Up Stuck Transactions in Prime Web3

To decrease the likelihood of a stuck transaction and to adjust fees to current network conditions, utilize Dynamic Fee Mode when initiating transactions. To learn more, please visit here

Adjusting your transaction speed:

Prime Web3 Wallet allows you to adjust the network fee when you make a transaction. If you adjust the network fee, you’ll be presented with the option to select the speed at which your transaction will be picked up and confirmed by the network.

  • Dynamic (default selection):  If selected, the transaction fee is updated before signing to match current network fees, ensuring timely broadcasting

  • Fast: Transaction is the most expensive but the transaction will confirm the quickest.

  • Normal: Transaction is priced at an average rate and will take an average time to confirm.

  • Slow: Transaction is less expensive and will take longer to confirm.

Speeding Up Stuck or Pending Transactions:

  1. Select the pending transaction in the extension (transaction history)

  2. Select the blue lightning/speed up transaction button.

  3. Confirm that you want to speed up the transaction.

This will re-submit the transaction with a higher network fee that should allow the stuck/pending transaction to be processed faster.
