Why can't I access my account on my device?

Troubleshooting by device type
Try the following steps:

Switch from a WiFi network to phone data or vice versa.

Update your device operating system.
Update your Coinbase mobile app to the current version.
This can be done through your respective app store
Clear your mobile app cache.
This can be done by accessing your phone settings > Coinbase app > clear cache on next launch
If the option isn't available, uninstall and reinstall the Coinbase mobile app

Try accessing Coinbase.com through a mobile web browser.
This can be done by downloading a web browser app to your phone from your respective app store
