What is my dashboard?
Your dashboard is your main home view in Coinbase Token Manager. It shows:
All token grants you have across any organizations that use Coinbase Token Manager to distribute tokens to you
A summary of your current token status, including:
Any claimable tokens (if your company has enabled claims)
Recent transactions
Your connected wallet balance
A table of your token grants and their progress
In many cases, your tokens vest over time rather than all at once. The dashboard lets you track:
How much has vested so far
How much remains to vest
When future vesting and unlock events are scheduled
You can return to your dashboard at any time after logging in.
How do I access my dashboard?
Log in to Coinbase Token Manager
Use the wallet you provided to your company for your token grant (for example, via WalletConnect, a browser extension, or a Safe signer).
Or, if your company has configured it, you may use an email‑based login for view‑only access.
After you connect your wallet (or complete email login):
You will be taken to your dashboard or Portfolio view.
If you have claimable tokens, you may see:
A notification or banner at the top
A button (for example, Claim) to start the claim process, if enabled by your company.
Below any claim or notification area, you will typically see:
A list of recent transactions related to your grants
Your connected wallet balance (for the relevant token or tokens)
A table of your token grants, including:
Grant names
Vesting status
High‑level progress
If you have multiple grants from one or more companies that use Coinbase Token Manager, you can view and manage all of them from this dashboard.
Understanding your dashboard
Your dashboard is organized to answer a few key questions:
How much are my tokens currently worth?
How many of my tokens have vested?
When will my tokens unlock next?
You can click into an individual grant from the dashboard to see more detail about that specific grant.
How much are my tokens worth?
To see the current value of your tokens:
From your dashboard, click on a specific grant in the table.
Inside the grant details view, you can see:
Token balances for that grant
A current value or similar field showing an approximate value in your display currency (for example, USD).
Price information:
Coinbase Token Manager typically uses an aggregated market price source (for example, feeds based on public price data such as CoinMarketCap) to estimate the token’s current value.
If you do not see a price for your token, common reasons include:
The token is not yet available on the price source used (for example, not listed on CoinMarketCap or similar)
Your token grant administrator has not configured a price source or mapping yet
In those cases, you may still see token quantities but not an estimated fiat value.
How many of my tokens are vested?
To see how much has vested so far:
From your dashboard, click into a specific token grant.
In the grant details view, look for:
A vesting progress meter or similar visual indicator (often under a section like Cumulative totals).
This will typically show:
Total grant amount
Amount vested to date
Amount remaining to vest
Percent vested
This helps you understand how much of your grant you have earned to date, based on your vesting schedule.
When will my tokens unlock next?
Many grants include both:
A vesting schedule (when you earn tokens), and
A lockup schedule (when vested tokens become unlocked and transferable or claimable)
To see upcoming unlocks:
Within a specific grant, look for a Schedule or Events section.
There you can review:
Past vest and unlock events (including dates, quantities, and status)
Upcoming events, showing:
The date of each future event
How many tokens are scheduled
Whether they will vest, unlock, or both
Key statuses you may see:
Vested
Locked
Unlocked
Claimable (if your organization has enabled claims)
This schedule answers:
When your tokens will next unlock
How many tokens will unlock at each future event
