If you've received a request to update Coinbase's bank account details, or your deposit has been returned, it's because the Coinbase bank account details you are using for deposits are out of date.
After 15 March 2024, If we receive a deposit to the incorrect account, we will refund that deposit by returning it to your sending account. The refund will usually be processed by the end of the next working day. Your Coinbase account will not be credited with the deposit while it is being refunded.
The incorrect bank account details might be saved in your bank account’s payee list. To make a deposit, you'll need to update the saved bank account details with the correct Coinbase banking information.
To do this, please sign in to Coinbase, select the EUR account in your portfolio, and then select deposit. After that, follow the on-screen instructions.
