During the onboarding process, you’ll provide a list of authorized entity level users. Portfolio level users can be added after onboarding is complete. It’s important to understand roles, permissions, and access available prior to adding team members.
While completing the business application, in the “Add team members” section, you’ll assign each entity level team member a role, and provide the following information:
Full Name
Date of birth
Residential address
Government ID number
Upload color copy of ID
YubiKey information, if applicable
Preferred YubiKey type, shipping address, and phone number
Confirm if the team member can have Video Approver permissions (this allows the user to authorize transactions via video call)
It's recommended to add all entity level team members in the business application. After onboarding is complete, Team Managers and Admins will be able to edit roles, adjust access levels, remove, and add team members.
