⚠️ Security Warning: Protect Yourself During the Transition
Please Read Carefully: Platform migrations often attract phishing attempts. Bad actors may try to trick you into visiting fake sites.
1. Verify the URL
Always verify the domain in your browser address bar.
✅ Correct: https://coinbase.com/tokenmanager or https://tokenmanager.coinbase.com
❌ Incorrect: Any URL ending in .xyz, .net, or misspellings like coinbase-token-claim.com.
2. Visual Verification
When you land on the new login page, look for:
The Domain: The browser lock icon must be present; the domain must be strictly coinbase.com.
The Branding: A Coinbase logo will appear in the header.
3. Critical Security Rules
No Private Keys: Coinbase Token Manager will never ask for your private keys or seed phrase.
No Signing for Migration: You do NOT need to sign a transaction to "move" your tokens. If a site asks you to sign a permission to "migrate assets," it is a scam.
No Account Changes Required: Your login details are the same. Do NOT create a new account. Do NOT follow any email requests to "reset your password" or "create a new profile" to access the new platform -- we will never ask you to do this for the migration.
Report Suspicious Activity: Forward suspicious emails to security@coinbase.com with the subject "Suspicious Token Manager Email".
What is Changing?
We are rebranding Liquifi to Coinbase Token Manager. This integrates Liquifi’s token management infrastructure directly into the Coinbase suite.
While the interface is updating to align with Coinbase branding, the underlying smart contract logic, vesting schedules, and lockup terms remain unchanged.
The Transition Timeline
Last Week of February: The new Coinbase Token Manager website goes live. During this week, automatic redirects will be active. If you visit a Liquifi link, you will be redirected to the new Coinbase domain.
After February 28: The original Liquifi website will be officially shut down. You must use the new Coinbase URLs to access your dashboard.
1. Website & Login URLs
We are migrating all access points from liquifi.finance to coinbase.com.
Service | Old Liquifi URL | New Coinbase URL |
Marketing / Info | ||
App Login | ||
Airdrop Claims |
Example: If you previously visited ethena-s4.liquifi.finance, you will now be redirected to the Coinbase Token Manager dashboard to claim your S4 tokens. Certain legacy campaigns will be deprecated due to inactivity.
⚠️ Action Required: Please update your browser bookmarks immediately to the updated URL.
🔓 Login Credentials & Account Status
Your login details have NOT changed. To ensure a smooth transition, we have migrated your user profile to the new system.
No New Account Needed: You do NOT need to create a new Coinbase.com account or undergo a new sign-up process.
Same Method: If you previously logged in with a Crypto wallet (e.g., MetaMask, Ledger, Safe, Coinbase Wallet), continue to use that same wallet. If you used Email/Magic Link, continue to use the same email address.
Not a Coinbase.com Account: Access to Token Manager is separate from a standard Coinbase.com account. You do not need to complete Coinbase.com onboarding to access your Token Manager dashboard.
2. Email & Notifications (Important Distinction)
There is now a split between where you receive alerts and where you ask for help.
Incoming Alerts (System-automated): System notification and login emails will come from no-reply@info.coinbase.com. Do not reply to these.
Support Questions (Getting Help): At this time, please continue to contact our teams using support@liquifi-finance.com and onboarding@liquifi-finance.com. In the coming weeks, we will be sharing another update with your token administrator and updating this page with the new email addresses to contact our support and onboarding teams.
Troubleshooting & FAQ
🔧 Access & Login Issues
Q: Do I need to create a new account or change my login?
A: No. Your existing login method (Wallet or Email) works exactly the same on the new site. You do NOT need to create a new Coinbase account or set up a new profile.
Q: I am stuck in a "Redirect Loop" or the page won't load.
A: This happens when your browser "remembers" the old Liquifi website settings.
Fix: Refresh to force the new page to load. If that fails, clear your browser cache/cookies for liquifi.finance.
Q: Why does my wallet ask me to "Connect" again?
A: Because the domain changed to coinbase.com, your wallet treats this as a new connection.
Normal Behavior: It is safe to approve the "Connect" or "Sign to Login" request for tokenmanager.coinbase.com.
Warning: You should ONLY sign a login message. Never approve a transaction or "Allowance" just to log in.
Q: My Email Login "Magic Link" isn't working.
A: Old email login links or document signature request links sent before Feb 28 are invalid.
Admins: Log in to tokenmanager.coinbase.com to send fresh invites if needed.
Token Holders: Simply visit tokenmanager.coinbase.com and enter your email to request a new link."
👥 For Organization Admins ( "Admin Dashboard")
Q: Do I need to re-invite my stakeholders or employees?
A: No. Your User Lists, Permissions, and Stakeholder emails are preserved. When they log in via the new URL, their view will be identical to yours.
Q: Do I need to update my Cap Table or Vesting Schedules?
A: No. All backend configurations, entity settings, and configurations have been migrated automatically.
Q: Will my API Keys still work?
A: Yes. Existing API keys and endpoints remain active. You do not need to rotate keys immediately.
Q: Will my billing change?
A: Your contract terms remain unchanged. Future invoices will be issued by Coinbase entities.
🛡️ Security & Data
Q: Did my tokens move? Do I need to claim them again?
A: No.
The Vault Analogy: Think of the website as a window looking into a vault (the blockchain). We have upgraded the window (the website), but the vault and the assets inside it (the Wallets and Smart Contracts) have not moved.
You do not need to perform any transaction to "migrate" your assets.
Q: How do I report a fake site?
A: If you see a site that looks suspicious, do not connect your wallet. Forward the URL to security@coinbase.com.
