In June of 2023, customers who were subject to being offboarded were notified that their Coinbase exchange service would end on September 25, 2023. Following the initial notice, Coinbase sent reminders to withdraw remaining account balances prior to the service end date.
If you held a balance under $5 (local currency) and didn’t claim it by September 25, 2023, it is now considered unclaimed and forfeited because it’s not enough to cover the cost of sending the funds back to you.
While exchange services are no longer available to you, you can still access Coinbase Wallet.
