Your Coinbase Card's security

Taking action to keep your Coinbase Card secure is important and may be necessary. Here are some scenarios to consider and what you can do.

You haven’t received your card after 10 business days.

Cancel your card and request a new one:

1. Sign in to your Coinbase.com account or access the Coinbase mobile app.

2. Select Card from the navigation bar.

3. Select Coinbase Card support.

4. Select My card was lost or stolen or My card was damaged / doesn’t work.

• Your card will be deactivated and a new one will be sent to you.

Your card was lost or stolen.

1. Sign in to your Coinbase.com account or access the Coinbase mobile app.

2. Select Card from the navigation bar.

3. Select Coinbase Card support.

4. Select My card was lost or stolen or My card was damaged / doesn’t work.

• Your card will be deactivated and a new one will be sent to you.

You can’t find your card or you have a security concern (e.g. unauthorized charge).

Temporarily lock your card:

1. Sign in to your Coinbase.com account or access the Coinbase mobile app.

2. Select Card from the navigation bar.

3. Select Lock card.

No new transactions can be made. We’ll notify you if someone tries to use your card when it’s locked. Unlock your card when you’re ready to use it again.
