The term “Coinbase entity” on your business application refers to the Coinbase entity with which you will be contracting, determined by your business entity’s country of incorporation.
For example, entities incorporated in the United States contract with Coinbase, Inc., and entities incorporated in Germany contract with Coinbase Germany GmBH. In certain instances, your business entity may be eligible to contract with more than one Coinbase entity. Please contact your sales representative to learn more.
