The Prime Web3 Wallet has a dedicated address book that is separate from the Vault & Trading wallet address book. Destination Protection is enabled by default, meaning you can only transfer to approved addresses in your address book.
The Web3 Wallet address book has an expanded feature set from the standard Prime address book. You can:
Create multiple address books for a portfolio and assign custom names to them
Specify the network(s) this address is whitelisted for (ex. Ethereum only or all networks)
Suggest addresses when initiating a transaction in the web3 browser extension
The address book can be used in Web3 Policies tab to assign custom Web3 transaction policies
Open Settings by clicking the gear icon.
Navigate to the Web3 Settings by clicking the web3 planet icon.
In the Address Book tab, click Add Address Group.
Enter the trusted address group name.
Under Addresses click the pencil to update Address 1.
You can create multiple addresses in a single address book. Add additional addresses as needed.
Click Initiate activity and authenticate with your Yubikey.
Once consensus is reached, the new address book will be live.
Open Settings by clicking the gear icon.
Navigate to the Web3 Settings by clicking the web3 planet icon.
Click Edit next to the address book you wish to change.
Under Addresses, click the pencil to adjust addresses, the trash to delete an address or + add another address.
Alternatively, click Delete Group to remove the full address book.
Click Initiate activity and authenticate with your Yubikey.
Once consensus is reached, the new address book will be live.
