There are no volume tiers. The same rate applies in every region where the product is available. You pay the same rate to open or close.

You will also see an estimated fee in USDC before you place an order.
Options example
You buy 0.5 BTC option contracts at 2,000 USDC. The BTC-USDC index is 100,000. Contract size is 1.
Fee = min(0.001 × 100,000, 0.125 × 2,000) × 0.5 × 1 = min(100, 250) × 0.5 = 50 USDC
