For your security, the name on your payment method must match the name on your Coinbase account. Mismatched names will be reviewed manually in one to three business days.
Verify your Coinbase account before adding a payment method.
When withdrawing funds from your Coinbase account:
Your bank may not support the currency being withdrawn. Your bank may reject the payment or convert it to a supported currency at their exchange rate.
If your bank rejects the payment and returns the funds, Coinbase will credit the refunded amount back to your Coinbase account. The refunded amount may be lower due to wire fees charged by your bank.
To minimize potential fees, exchange rate losses, or rejected payments, check your bank's currency support policies. Coinbase is not responsible for third-party exchange rates or fees. Contact your bank for more details.
