A Remote Procedure Call or RPC node is a type of computer server that allows users to read data on the blockchain and send transactions to different networks.
RPC nodes enable the multiple components that make up a Dapp (e.g the front-end application layer and the backend protocol layer) to interact with one another through a request-reply function that transmits information between clients and servers.
