If you believe that you were affected, you can now submit a claim directly to the FBI Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3).
To verify eligibility, you must provide proof that you sent funds to scam-related wallets. Here’s how:
Download your Coinbase transaction history for the wallet address(es) to which you sent funds.
Go to the USDT Cryptocurrency Seizure form and enter the requested information.
If a cryptocurrency wallet address where you sent cryptocurrency to has been identified as part of a scam, you will be redirected to a page to submit additional information.
If you’re unable to sign in to your account, contact Coinbase support.
