Manage your Coinbase Card

You can manage many aspects of your Coinbase Card such requesting a new card, updating your billing information, and more.

Before you request a new card:

  • You cannot have more than one active card per account.

  • You cannot add a secondary user to your card.

  • Make sure your mailing address is up-to-date.

To request a new card at no cost:

  1. Sign in to your Coinbase.com account or access the Coinbase mobile app.

  2. Select Card from the navigation bar.

  3. Select Coinbase Card support.

  4. Select My card was lost or stolen or My card was damaged / doesn’t work.

    • Your card will be deactivated and a new one will be sent to you.

Your billing address is used when completing online transactions with your card.
