You can request a Coinbase card replacement, update your billing or account details, and change your funding asset.
To request a physical replacement card at no cost:
Make sure your residential (mailing) address is up to date.
On mobile, select the Menu icon, then Card. On a browser, select Card from the navigation bar.
Select Coinbase Card support.
Select My card was lost or stolen or My card was damaged / doesn’t work.
Your card will be deactivated and a new one will be sent to you.
Your billing address is used when completing online transactions with your card.
To update your billing address:
Sign in to your Coinbase.com account or the Coinbase mobile app.
Select Card from the navigation bar.
Select Coinbase Card support.
Choose My billing address has changed.
Enter your new address and select Submit.
The name on your Coinbase Card corresponds with the legal name on your Coinbase account.
To update the name on your card:
Report your card as lost or stolen and request a new card.
To create/change a PIN:
Sign in to your Coinbase.com account or the Coinbase mobile app.
Select Card from the navigation bar.
Select Set PIN.
Enter a 4-digit number and select Set PIN.
Sign in to your Coinbase.com account or the Coinbase mobile app.
Select Card from the navigation bar.
Select Change asset.
Select the asset you’d like to spend, then Submit.
