cbETH on Coinbase Exchange

Coinbase Wrapped Staked ETH (cbETH) is a utility token that represents ETH staked through Coinbase. It accrues the same rewards as staked ETH. Coinbase Exchange users can acquire cbETH by staking and wrapping their ETH, and they can redeem cbETH for the corresponding amount of ETH at any time. Stake & Wrap 

To stake and wrap your ETH to cbETH, please follow these steps:

1. Click the ‘Stake & Wrap to CBETH’ box next to your Ether balance.

2. Enter the amount of ETH you wish to stake and wrap to cbETH.

3. Confirm your understanding by checking the box that acknowledges:

   1. cbETH’s Exchange Rate may differ from the Conversion Rate.

   2. This is a one-way stake-wrap from ETH to cbETH at the Conversion Rate. 

   3. This transaction is final and cannot be canceled.

4. Click the ‘Stake & Wrap’ button to initiate the transaction.

Redeem

To redeem your cbETH for ETH, please follow these steps:

1. Click the ‘Redeem CBETH’ button next to your cbETH balance.

2. Enter the amount of cbETH you wish to redeem for ETH.

3. Confirm your understanding by checking the box that acknowledges:

   1. cbETH’s Exchange Rate may differ from the Conversion Rate.

   2. This is a one-way redeem from cbETH to ETH at the Conversion Rate. 

   3. This transaction is final and cannot be canceled.

4. Click the ‘Redeem’ button to initiate the transaction.
   

Note: Redeem transactions may take up to 12 days to complete. During this period, your portfolio will reflect the corresponding amount of ETH, but the funds will be on hold until the transaction is fully processed.
