Billing (Invoices) on Coinbase Prime

Prime clients are billed on a monthly basis at the beginning of each month. They will be notified of outstanding invoices via email, and on the Prime platform itself. 

Accessing your bill (invoice)

  • Log into Coinbase Prime

  • Click “Settings” on the left side of the screen

  • Click “Billing” on the left side of the screen

  • Click the “Pay Balance Due” button

    • Choose from:

      • (1) Automatic Billing 

      • (2) Send Wire Transfer

Accessing a breakdown of your Coinbase Prime fees:

  • Log into Coinbase Prime

  • Click “Settings” on the left side of the screen

  • Click “Billing” on the left side of the screen

    • Click on “See your Prime fees”

Automatic Billing

Automatic Billing debits invoice fees from the wallet you select. You can choose from a range of crypto assets to pay with. (See the Billing section of your Prime account for a complete list). 

Send a Wire Transfer

Use this option to send a one-time wire payment from your bank to settle your open invoice. (Note: this cannot be set as an automatic option). 

Email Recipients 

This section allows clients to list email addresses that will receive a copy of the invoice PDF monthly. (Use “Add Email” or the 3 dots next to each name to add/remove from the list). 

How to change Billing Address

In order to change your billing address, please reach out to PrimeOps@coinbase.com with one the following:

  1. Utility/Tax Bill showing updated address

  2. Recent Bank Statement showing updated address

  3. Company Articles of Amendment showing updated address
