For security purposes, a video call with the Prime Operations team is required when you edit transfer policies on your Coinbase Prime account resulting in:
Vault and trading balance withdrawals greater than $1,000,000 requiring less than two general approvals and zero video calls
Vault and trading balance withdrawals greater than $5,000,000 requiring zero video calls
Vault and trading balance withdrawals greater than $10,000,000 requiring less than two general approvals and one video call
If you initiated the transfer policy edits, you'll receive an email with instructions to schedule and access the video call. The transfer policy changes won’t go into effect until the video call is complete and general approval consensus has been reached.
