The Prime Web3 wallet requires certain users to have additional permissions for signing transactions. When enabling web3 signing permissions for a user, these permissions integrate with their existing Prime permissions. Existing users maintain their current Prime roles and permissions - adding web3 permissions does not alter a user's current Prime role.
*Team Administrator: An Administrator must initiatee the Web3 setup, sign the terms of service, and appoint the first Web3 Signer. They can self-assign as the Web3 Signer, but it's not a default permission.
**Web3 Signer: The Web3 Signer generates portfolio keys and signs transactions for all Web3 wallets. They need an iOS mobile device and a compatible security key.
