How to contact Coinbase Pro support

Security Notice: Coinbase Support will NEVER ask for your password or 2-step verification codes, or ask you to install remote sign-in software on your computer. If anyone claiming to be with Coinbase Support makes these requests, contact us immediately.

Coinbase will also NEVER make outbound phone calls. Please do not comply with anyone who called you claiming to be Coinbase Support.


You can contact us in several ways:

Complete a request for email support here. For the fastest resolution, please:

  1. Submit your request using the email address you use to sign in to Coinbase

  2. Choose the most relevant category and sub-category

  3. Provide as much detail as possible regarding your issue

Please do not submit multiple tickets for the same issue—we will get to your ticket as quickly as possible. 


We use Twitter to provide status updates regarding Coinbase products. For security and privacy reasons, we're unable to assist with account-specific issues via Twitter. Please submit an email request for inquiries specific to your account.


Please be aware that we currently do not offer any phone support with a live agent. You can call Coinbase Support to immediately disable your account if you suspect your account has been compromised.

Once your account is disabled, you will then need to go through our automated account recovery process in order to re-enable your account, which can take several days.
