Add a payment method on the Base app

You can purchase supported cryptocurrencies right from your Base wallet by connecting a payment method.  

To connect a payment method

1. Open the Base app.

2. Tap your settings at the bottom.

3. Tap Transfer coins from Coinbase >Buy crypto.

4. Select the coin you'd like to purchase and enter the amount.

5. Tap Add a payment method and select a payment method.

6. Follow out remaining prompts.

Remember: Adding a bank account will start the ACH bank verification process, which can take 2-5 business days depending on your bank.
