The Celsius Estate has emerged from bankruptcy and Coinbase, a distribution partner for its international retail and select US creditors, have begun to distribute crypto assets (Fiat currency is not being distributed by Coinbase). Coinbase is not able to provide information on when specific customers will receive their assets from the distribution.
If you're expecting to receive an asset distribution from Coinbase, you will receive an email communication from Stretto with an update on whether the distribution was made successfully, and the steps to take if it was unsuccessful. If you are expecting to receive an asset distribution from Paypal or Venmo, Stretto will send you an email with a code to claim your distribution. A code is not necessary on Coinbase.
Existing Coinbase customers
Please ensure that your account is active and that you can access it by signing in. If any of the information below is incorrect or outdated in your Coinbase or Celsius account, please update it accordingly. Information must match in both accounts to ensure a seamless distribution.

If your Coinbase account has been restricted, please follow any on screen prompts to resolve the issue, or contact support for assistance if you can’t resolve the issue on your own.
If you're in a region that Coinbase no longer supports or you are not eligible to receive a distribution due to your particular circumstances, you’ll be notified by email with further information.
Please ensure you have fully verified your account and are capable of receiving crypto assets. To do this, review your Account Levels and verify Receive cryptocurrency is enabled.

New Coinbase customers
Create a new Individual account at Welcome to Coinbase. Be sure to use the same email address for your Coinbase account that you use for your Celsius account, and ensure that your legal name, address, and birth date match between the two accounts. Information must match in both accounts to ensure a seamless distribution.
