Coinbase Concierge Program

Our Coinbase Concierge Program is designed to assist customers with high-balance accounts, active traders, and Coinbase One Premium subscribers. Your Coinbase Concierge will be your primary contact to support your Coinbase account and goals. Some benefits of having a Concierge include personalized support, proactive account reviews, and exclusive access to tailored resources and services.

Important

Unsolicited calls: You’ll never receive an unsolicited or unplanned phone call from your Concierge.

Requests for sensitive information: Coinbase Concierges will never ask for your password, 2-step verification codes, or remote access to your computer.

Take action: If you receive an unexpected call claiming to be your Concierge or a request for sensitive information, hang up immediately and report it to security@coinbase.com

Protect your information: Keep your passwords and authentication codes secure, and don’t share them with anyone. Report any suspicious activity to Coinbase Support.

Purpose and benefits

  • Enhanced support: Your Concierge will assist with account management, product and service guidance, trading, web3 topics, and more.

  • Personalized assistance: Your Concierge will proactively review your account to identify ways to enhance your experience. You’ll receive personalized insights and suggestions tailored to your goals.

  • Product education: Your Concierge can help you navigate Coinbase products, from understanding staking and advanced trading to onboarding into web3. Whether you need help with your Coinbase account or want to explore new apps, your Concierge is ready to assist. You can schedule a phone or video meeting with them directly within the Coinbase app.

Eligibility

  • Have an account in good standing with Coinbase

  • Maintain a high monthly trading volume or account balance

  • Have an active Coinbase One Premium subscription
