You can easily lock your card, report your card lost or stolen, and order a new one. If you suspect suspicious activity, you can also lock your Coinbase account.
Lock your Coinbase One Card
From your Coinbase mobile app, select Credit Card.
Select Manage from the menu.
Toggle Lock card to lock or unlock your card.
Other than your Coinbase One membership fee or previously authorized and/or scheduled transactions, no new purchase transactions can be made while your card is locked. Unlock your card when you’re ready to use it again.
Report a lost or stolen card, and order a replacement
From your Coinbase mobile app, select Credit Card.
Select Manage from the menu.
Select Replace card.
Follow the prompts to report your issue and order a replacement.
Note: The fee for a replacement card is waived for the first occurrence. A fee of up to $40 per card will apply for each subsequent replacement.
