Access your Coinbase One Card statements and export transactions

Access statements and documents

To see your statements and documents:

  1. From the Coinbase app, select the Credit card tab.

  2. On the Balance page, select Manage.

  3. Select See documents.

  4. You can switch between statements and documents by changing the tabs.

  5. Select a monthly statement.

Transaction history export

To export your Coinbase One Card transaction history as a CSV file:

  1. From the Coinbase app, select the Credit card tab.

  2. In the Transactions section, select See All.

  3. Select the download icon in the top right corner. 

  4. Choose your date range and any optional filters.

  5. Select Generate to create your CSV file in the background in a minute or less. The file includes card transaction history only.

  6. When the CSV file is ready, an email and a push notification is sent to you with a secure download link. To download it again, access the Exports tab any time.

Troubleshooting

  • Expired link — Open the Coinbase app, go to the Exports tab, and select your export to generate a fresh download link. If the file is more than 30 days old, request a new export.

  • Export status shows "Failed" — Try requesting the export again. If it continues to fail, contact Coinbase Support.

  • Didn't receive the email — Check your spam folder and confirm the email address on your Coinbase account. If you still don't receive the email, download the file directly in the Export tab in the app.
