Manage your Coinbase One Card

You can easily replace your lost or stolen card, manage your PIN, cancel your card, or handle other routine Coinbase One Card issues.

Be advised

Coinbase One Card does not permit the addition of authorized users, other than the card holder.

View your balance

The amount you owe can be seen on the Coinbase One Card homepage.

To view your balance:

  1. From the Coinbase app, select the Credit card tab.

  2. The dollar amount under Balance is how much you currently owe on your Coinbase One Card.

  3. To maintain your balance, you can make a one time payment or schedule recurring payments. See Make your Coinbase One Card payments for more information.

Order a replacement card

  1. From the Coinbase app, select the Credit card tab.

  2. On the Balance page, select Manage.

  3. Select Replace card and choose Continue.

  4. Choose a replacement reason.

  5. Input your shipping information.

Note: The fee for a replacement card is waived for the first replacement. A fee of up to $40 per card will apply for each subsequent replacement.

Request a limit increase

Coinbase One Card credit limits are automatically determined and cannot be changed at this time. Coinbase One Card with a security deposit credit limit is determined by the amount of USDC collateral. Our support team does not have access to manually adjust or override this limit. We plan to offer the ability to request credit limit increases in the future.

Notification settings

  1. From the Coinbase app, select the Credit card tab.

  2. On the Balance page, select the menu.

  3. Select Notification settings.

  4. Select how you want to be notified and the kind of activity you want notifications for.

  5. After making your selections, you can see a preview at the bottom.

Manage your PIN

  1. From the Coinbase app, select the Credit card tab.

  2. On the Balance page, select Manage.

  3. Select Manage PIN.

  4. Follow the prompts to update you PIN.

Change billing address

Note: Billing addresses can only be updated on the mobile app, not on a desktop browser.

  1. From the Coinbase mobile app, select the Credit card tab.

  2. From the Balance page, select Manage.

  3. Under Account management, choose Update billing address.

  4. Enter the new address and confirm.

Cancel your card

Note: You can keep your Coinbase One membership without having the Coinbase One Card, but you cannot keep the card without the membership.

  1. From the Coinbase app, select the Credit card tab.

  2. On the Balance page, select Manage.

  3. Select Close Coinbase One Card.

  4. Read the disclosures. If you’d still like to cancel your card, select Continue, then choose Close credit card.

  5. Read the disclosures about possible impacts to your credit score, then select Done.

Manage connected finance apps

If you've connected your Coinbase One Card to a personal finance app through Plaid, you can manage or revoke that connection at any time.

To revoke access:

  1. Sign in to your Coinbase account.

  2. Open Settings.

  3. Select Connected Applications.

  4. Choose Plaid and select Revoke access.

This will stop all data sharing between your Coinbase One Card and the finance app. You can also disconnect from within your finance app's settings.
