If you live in the EU/EEA, you must complete 2-step verification to access transaction history older than 90 days. This is required under EU Strong Customer Authentication (SCA) regulations.
When 2-step verification is required
You must complete 2-step verification when:
Viewing transaction history older than 90 days.
Changing filters to include dates older than 90 days.
Exporting statements that include data older than 90 days.
Selecting View All in certain Advanced Trading transaction views.
You won’t be asked to verify when viewing transaction history within the last 90 days.

How verification works
Complete 2-step verification when prompted.
After successful verification, you shouldn’t be prompted again for 5 minutes on that same page, although you may be prompted more often on mobile.
If you move to a different product surface, you may be asked to verify again.
If verification isn’t completed, older history and exports won’t load.
