What is Coinbase Card?

Coinbase Card allows you to spend the crypto1 from your Coinbase account everywhere Visa® debit cards are accepted, and earn up to 4% back in crypto rewards2. You can use your card to spend any of the cryptocurrencies that you own. Crypto or USDC is drawn directly from your Coinbase account and used to fund your purchases. 

As US users, you'll have the ability to earn rewards when spending with your Coinbase Card. The more you use your Coinbase Card, the more rewards you earn, which can accumulate over time.

Who will be eligible for Coinbase Card?

Coinbase Card will be available for all eligible US customers. To be eligible, you must:

  • live in the US, excluding Hawaii

  • have a verified Coinbase account

How do I apply for the US Coinbase Card?

We’re excited that you’re interested in Coinbase Card. If eligible, you can join the Coinbase Card US waitlist on Coinbase.com or the iOS app3

US customers (excluding Hawaii) who have completed account verification are eligible to join the waitlist. 

You can join the waitlist by signing in to Coinbase.com or through our iOS app—you'll see a confirmation page after you've joined.

We'll start accepting customers from the waitlist over the next few weeks, and once you're signed up, you'll get a notification email when your Coinbase Card is ready.

We'll start accepting customers from the waitlist over the next few weeks, and you’ll get a notification email when your Coinbase Card is ready. Please note that the Coinbase Support team is not able to see eligibility or application status.
