Device troubleshooting

Why can't I access my account on my device?

Here are some reasons you may experience issues accessing your account on your device:

  • You haven't successfully completed device confirmation.

  • Your device needs an update to support the current version of Coinbase.

  • VPNs, ad-blockers, security software, browser extensions, etc. are preventing you from accessing your account. If you have any of these enabled, try temporarily disabling the service(s) for uninterrupted account access.
